to solve this problem follow my these instruction and if you get any problem
again than report it
may be it solves the bug so.
Go system settings keyboard shortcuts system and enable if disable

This issue only occurs once at first login and after that Alt-F2 works
as expected i.e opening Run Command.

- I have found when first logging in as a user and attempting to run a
- command with Alt+F2 I am presented with the Dash menu instead of the Run
- Command one. Subsequent attempts are fine though.
