Some of the grey ones have now vanished, and some newly deleted email stays behind as grey'ed out rather than vanishing. There seems to be no pattern as to which stay and which don't. One folder had only 1 item in it, and it was grey (and I recall deleting it) but Kmail still showed a blue (1)
