Version 6.1.4 does not have this bug, but has too many changes and can't
be SRU'd which is why I'm going to open a new SRU bug for this and just
get the patch that is attached into the archives.

I'm annoyed by this bug and to be frank I cannot understand why this
patch isn't applied yet. this bug was fixed upstream in september
2011!!!
If I knew I would do it myself. is there any kubuntu packager that can
do it or explain how to do this to me, please?

Elias, can you please post here how to safely initiate a reindexing of the
virtuoso database?
To my understanding all user-generated information (file comments, tags etc) to
get lost. But I did not generate any such information.

behind Nepomuk. I could tell you some brute force ways to wipe the
database, but he'll probably come up with a more elegant solution which
could also be applied by the Ubuntu devs after including this patch.

No, that's the reason for my comment#3 - as soon as the Encoding errors
made it into the semantic data, only full re-indexing helps, as there is
no way for Nepomuk to determine, which data are correctly encoded and
which not.

have prevented so much possible trouble.
