Public bug reported: When using OOo in "Record changes mode" (Edit/Changes/Record), and one of the changed word is not recognised as a properly spelled word (i.e. it's wavey-underlined in red, in addition to showing what the change is with colours and strike-through, if enabled), right-clicking on the word brings up the spell-check menu allowing to Add/Ignore/Replace the word, but the change management functions (Accept/Reject change) are missing, thereby making it impossible to “manipulate” this particular change from there.
One would expect a consistent interface where *both* spell-checking and record-management actions are available from the context menu. ** Affects: openoffice Importance: Unknown Status: Unknown ** Affects: openoffice.org (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Bug watch added: issues.apache.org/ooo/ #118496 https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=118496 ** Also affects: openoffice via https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=118496 Importance: Unknown Status: Unknown -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/871603 Title: Contextual spell-checking menu doesn't show accept or reject options for changes To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/openoffice/+bug/871603/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
