Steps to reproduce;

1) git clone git://git.gnome.org/gnome-shell-extensions
2)./autogen.sh --prefix=$HOME/.local --enable-extensions="user-theme"
3) make
4) make install
5) alt+F2 "restart"
6) Launch "gnome-tweak-tool" enable extenstion
7) Close, and reopen "gnome-tweak-tool" get the error.
