Public bug reported:

Some applications, like GIMP, have a lot of menus, and if there are many
indicators running, or the screen resolution is low, this menus may not
enter in the panel.

As a result, the last menus are not visible. They are "reachable" by
using the arrows to navigate, but theirs name is not shown. Also, this
is visually unpleasing.

I attach a video showing the bug.
