Public bug reported:
linux-firmware-nonfree 1.11 presents 5.100.138 firmware and that firmware has
new tx header
lastest b43 already supports new firmwares and separates old tx header used
firmwares
in the source of ubuntu-kernel 3.0.0-13.21 didn't see that tx patch but
provided firmware released
