So, is there any way to make scrollbars to consistently work with the
right edge? Is there a theme change I can do? Or window manage tweak?
Is there agreement that right-edge access to the maximized windows'
scrollbars is best? Is there agreement that rounded ends to the
scrollbar decorations
This is a valid observation, yet a design-decision. I've tried
implementing the scrollbars that way, but it was impossible to keep them
round (limitation in the engine). So sorry, this is a *wontfix*.
