Public bug reported:

When adding TLS-secured Wifi connection, the following message is
displayed: "Connection add failed / Message did not receive a reply
(timeout by message bus)"

Apparently a DBUS-related problem.

This was also verified on a fresh oneric booted from an USB stick.
