Same wifi problem here with an asus V6V. But suspend/resume still works fine. The two things must be unrelated. Nonetheless I am now unable to switch the powerstate of my wifi card since my upgrade to feisty. Noticed another thing with 2.6.20. The kernel module asus_acpi doesn't like on bootup, whereas 2.6.17 does. However, despite loading the module in 2.6.20, the ACPI functions are still not working. Ok, the software wireless on/off button works as well, with edgy's linux-image-2.6.17-11.
