Public bug reported:

'Skip All' button comes in useful when copying over files of large
quantities and no overwrite of existing files in destination is desired.

I know it's a feature request.。。
But it seems less like a 'brainstorm' and more of a launchpad thing.

to implement:
- add a button to the duplicates dialog window 'Skip All'
- link the button to copy command options that skips overwriting existing files
(or look at how nautilus implements it)

thunar already has a SKIP button.  why not add a 'skip all'?
