mean?
Is texlive already usable and will tex4ht work with texlive from the
sources (feisty)?

Confirmed to happen in 20060913-1build1.
This is due to the texlive transition. TeX now expects /etc/tex4ht to
be at /etc/texmf/tex/tex4ht/.
This breaks tex4ht completely, which is why it's high priority.
