Public bug reported:

in chrome, when a item's "title" is displayed - the little text that
appears over the item when the mouse hovers over the item - the title is
displayed in new workspace when switched there via keyboard.

for example, in the html 
    <DIV title='See This'>blah blah blah</DIV>

when the mouse hovers over the DIV's "blah blah blah",  'See This'
appears in a small black box over the DIV.

when switching to different workarea, for example with Ctl-Alt-Down, the
'See This' in the black box shows in exactly the same place in the
switched-to workarea.
