I can also confirm that is fixed in 3.4.2; it's not actually fixed in
Quantal yet as Nautilus 3.5.2 (which also contains the fix) isn't due
for release for a couple weeks.

That fixed it! 3.4.1 still had the bug, 3.4.2 now pops up a dialog with
"Could not display '[url]' EOL The location is not a folder."
