Public bug reported: Some gestures continue when the number of touches changes. When this happens, much of the gesture state is reset. This includes the original center and cumulative transformation matrix.
Geis currently stores the last position coordinates and uses them to calculate the delta for the next event. When the touch count changes and the grail gesture state is reset, the geis calculation often results in wildly incorrect values. ** Affects: utouch-geis Importance: Medium Assignee: Chase Douglas (chasedouglas) Status: In Progress ** Affects: utouch-geis (Ubuntu) Importance: Medium Status: New ** Also affects: utouch-geis (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Changed in: utouch-geis (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided => Medium ** Changed in: utouch-geis (Ubuntu) Milestone: None => ubuntu-12.04 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/967267 Title: Position delta attributes incorrect when touch count changes To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/utouch-geis/+bug/967267/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
