Public bug reported: Wallch doesn't handle images with non-english characters in file names.
Normally this wouldn't be a problem for most people, but given that the default community wallpapers have included images with non-english characters in their file names for the past couple of releases, this will be an issue for anyone wanting to use them. Steps to reproduce: 1) Add Folder '/usr/share/background/' into Wallch. 2) Browse the list and you'll find images with dodgy names that won't load. See the attached screenshot for an example.
