I think I am facing the same problem, although the file is NOT password
protected.
But the symptoms are exactly the same : file opens just fine under LO3.4 on
Ubuntu 11.10, but fails with read-error on LO 3.5 on Ubuntu 12.04.
I don't have any idea why yet, nor do I know what specificity this
After investigating, I found that the specificity of the file is that it
has a checkbox... So I'm going to open another bug report as this is
obviously another problem...
