I have 2 monitors: the first (main) is on the _right_ and the second is
no the left. I used NVidia's TwinView to configure them. Many gnome
appliactions used to start on a wrong (the second which is no the left)
monitor. after I moved them they remembered the correct location.

When NOT maximized Firefox also starts on a correct monitor, BUT! When
it starts maximized it is always on the left, no matter what.
