Just a black screen usually no loading spinner or anything. Just a black
screen. It doesn't ask to load any flash either.

Upgrade to 12.0
When you say it won't play videos, does it just show a black box, the
"loading" spinner going continuously, or does it say "please install
flash"? Also, what would be more helpful would be to attach a
screenshot. Thanks.
