The translation of Xfce is highly outdated (in Oneiric and Precise).  It
should be updated soon, big parts of the system are unneccessarily
untranslated or are wrong.

For example:
The “File system” button on the desktop has the wrong translation “Dateiystem”, 
while the correct “Dateisystem” is being used in upstream for a pretty long 
time.
