Dear Developers,

If a visual impaired user using Nautilus with Orca and side bar are enabled, 
Nautilus launching extreeme slowly, and navigation is very slow.
Have several threads this problem related in Ubuntu A11y list and Orca list.
My experiences if the sidebar turned off in view menu, Nautilus launching more 
faster, and the navigation is drastical faster. More users confirmed this 
workaround.

Joanie determined the possible problem why happening this issue. If the
side bar are enabled in Nautilus, Nautilus sends
