I think it would be better if remmina should provide an option something Don't ask anymore. This would be more user-friendly than writing some howto. I can only assume it's because NLA connections default to a self-signed certificate on the server. I found that I can connect using security TLS or RDP without having to confirm the certificate every time. This bug only affects connections configured with security Negotiate or NLA.
