I too have the same exact issue. I think it might be a problem with the
right monitor being a bit larger, as mine is. Does anyone have an idea
how to fix this? It is a very annoying problem.

I found a fix it seems. You go to the Display menu and make the top of
the two displays level, and the bug goes away. I really hope 12.10 fixes
some of these glitches with dual monitors.

Umm, the problem seems to be gone now. But I have done a lot of stuff
since I last hovered over that global menu bar, so I have no idea what
caused the problem or what solved it.
