Thanks for the bug report.

1. You seem to be using the 'oibaf' PPA which is unsupported and is
known to cause bugs. But also...

2. Ubuntu 19.04 "disco" is no longer supported at all as it reached end-
of-life on 23 January 2020 (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases). Please
upgrade to Ubuntu 19.10 before logging any more bugs. And be sure to not
use any PPAs if you intend to log bugs.
