OK, I found solution (looking in other's posts), added to xorg.conf: modeline [EMAIL PROTECTED] 147.14 1680 1784 1968 2256 1050 1051 1054 1087 -hsync +vsync and set it as default resolution. Now works flawelessly. -- [Gutsy] displayconfig-gtk configures my 22 1680x1050 LCD panel wrong.

We have a hit here. A library is missing: System.DllNotFoundException: libgmime-2.0.so.2.2.10 Since it also happens on a freshly installed Kubuntu 7.10 there seems to be missing dependency. Doing a sudo aptitude install libgmime2 fixed the problem. Beagle is only dependend on libgmime2.2-cil.
