According to the Debian bug, enabling the disk_cache module on upgrade
is the right thing to do. The proxy.load file in dapper loads
mod_disk_cache. Not enabling it on upgrade would break existing system
(as reported in the debian bug).
However, the apache2.2 package comes with disk caching

LoadModule disk_cache_module and the mod_disk_cache config. Not
enabling mod_disk_cache on upgrades would break caching for proxies

Also, nm-applet vanished overnight, not sure if that is related

I too have this problem (lack of sound). At least with VLC and Movie
Player. Movie player says it can't find an appropriate codec before it
starts playing. I assume it means audio codec because the video plays
just fine. My test movie is the Amazon clip from Microsofts WMV site.

It seemed that since I installed inkscape, it became the default program. Since
I cannot copy things from a PDF with Document Viewer I've tried to open it with
Text Editor, but it cannot open them. I guess I will have to try another PDF
reader that allow me to copy things.

When I install to the IDE drive the system won't boot . It hangs at waiting
for root file system
If I install to the SATA drive it will boot OK but the IDE drive is not
detected.
All works fine with Gutsy.

Howdy,
It's not as funny, when you're on assus eeepc or eee pc.
It seems it only happens when the page goes over the height of the window.
Full-screen mode is ok though.
When back from full-screen, no shaking.
After resizing the window, shaking starts gain.
It is intermittent that when
the change is similar to the one used in debian and list gnome-soduko
which can be broken in the same way

Almost forgot, using smbmount to mount the share then using totem work
100% as well
