The SSF reported when using startTLS is incorrect. This is because GnuTLS
reports the strength in bytes,

This should be fixed in Intrepid with OpenJDK, but Hardy is still
affected. I tried switching to java-gcj-compat (instead of gij) with no
significant improvements. Hardy has no other JVM in main, so this needs
to be fixed in a different way.

I am now using Intrepid Alpha 3 which has the same issue. Today's
