Sorry, I didn't notice your patch. I just saw an easily-fixable bug, wrote a
patch for it, made the debian changes for it and pushed a branch for it. Then,
poked Ken on IRC and requested him to review it. When he found it fit, he got
it in.

I think I may have made a mistake somewhere along the line to cause this. Am
going to delete both chroots and ltsp-build-client again and see if the
problem fixes.

This happened to me after I updated the kernel package (and the kernel
symbols) recently. A reboot fixed it.

That's normal behavior, why do you think there's a mistake?
The thin client terminal runs on the server, c...@ltsp-server.
The fat client terminal with LTSP_FATCLIENT=true runs on the client,
c...@ltsp21.
And if you start the fat client with LTSP_FATCLIENT=false, you'll again see
