Thanks for the revised debdiff; much appreciated.
Precise has just entered Final Freeze and as munin is part of Ubuntu
main this bug does not meet the release critical requirements now in
place so we need to defer this fix to next release.
Guess we might also get a new upstream
Since the script update_bacula_tables is missing from the install, normaly
installed at /etc/bacula/scripts --- this is a showbreaker.
The script isn't found in the documentation as well.

A reboot did not fix the problem: running dpkg under unity failed.
However, booting into single user mode allowed quota to succesfully configure
(using dpkg).
Is it necessary for quota to configure under single user mode, if so how come
dpkg configure does not take care of this or show a warning

incomplete (you also need to ln -s /run/shm $rootfs/dev/shm).
For older releases, the /run transition was not done, so /dev/shm is
supposed to be mounted by mountall through /lib/init/fstab. So the
