Running 16.04, trying to upgrade to 17.04. Error during the second step
"Setting new software channels". Error dialog says:

With regards to the gnome-desktop3 patch. I had a look through the
gsettings API and there didnt seem to be a method to say "is this
gsettings key you are about to use valid" - in fact all the
documentation basically says it is up to the programmer to ensure that
a key being used

I did some work on telegram-purple.
- I don't understand the line `/usr/lib/purple-2*/`. Is the asterisk
misplaced, or does telepathy-haze truly create directories with unpredictable
names in `/usr/lib/`?
- Heads up: `/etc/telegram-purple/server.tglpub` can be removed once we release
1.4.0.
