directory from the source tarball (and change debian/copyright), typo
fixes, while shipping a symbols file which ignores private cgo symbols.

[0.895424] tpm tpm0: A TPM error (2314) occurred
I tried your suggested settings on fresh installs including all updates but
this still regularly fails to bind the address. I have those servers running as
virtual machines with Qemu/KVM.
If I do the same thing on bare metal, the binding will succeed in like 95% of
boots.
Due to time constraints and because we would deviate further and further
away from Debian, we are not planning to update the Xen version for
Bionic.

For me this is still broken with -proposed packages although this bug
has "Fix Released" status: When I have xserver-xorg-video-nvidia-390
390.48-0ubuntu1 installed, the system boots into a back screen.
Without, LightDM comes up as expected.

This also affects other services containing a dot in the name, like
php7.0-fpm.service, which gets truncated to "0-fpm.service" which
obviously can't be found.
This has been fixed in needrestart 2.7, see
https://github.com/liske/needrestart/pull/19.
As the fix seems trivial to me maybe this can
libasan should be linked with --no-as-needed. However it looks to me
that this is already done in the Ubuntu gcc builds.
