The workaround, of adding "options edns0" to my /etc/resolv.conf, in bug
1811471 resolved the issue for me. That's only temporary though as
/etc/resolv.conf will get overwritten.

The Installer had issues and required me to go into the partition manager
to set boot partition, and it just crashed. had to reinstall 18.04 lts
version and will wait for next LTS version.
