I'm also experiencing this issue and I'm trying to fix this for days
now. The send speed caps out at about 700 Mbps. I'm not seeing any hangs
or connection losses though. I'm eager to find a solution for this, as I
have to move 50 TB over that server.
What I've tried:
- Kernels: 4.15.58, 4.15.60

crash and gets rebooted.

As many have commented, this is almost certainly a bug in the bluez udev
rule 'hid2hci', that is caused by the introduction of 'bind' and
'unbind' uevents.
Can anyone who can reproduce this bug test with the bluez package from this ppa:
