---Problem Description---
Back-port the following patches to Bionic QEMU to improve NVMe guest
performance by more than 200%:
?vfio-pci: Allow mmap of MSIX BAR?
Patch "do-not-call-pci_save_state.patch" that removes line
"pci_save_state(nvl->pci_dev);" causes error 'gpu has fallen off the
bus' after return from suspend.
DistroRelease: Ubuntu 19.10
Uname: Linux 5.3.0-18-generic x86_64
dmi.bios.date: 05/30/2018
dmi.bios.vendor: LENOVO

Regression test CMPL, RTB.
Issue to note in amd64:
ubuntu_bpf - test_maps failed (bug 1837386)
ubuntu_kvm_unit_tests - apic timeouted (bug 1748103) apic-split timeouted
(bug 1821390) vmx, vmx_apic_passthrough_thread, vmx_apicv_test,
vmx_hlt_with_rvi_test on node bavor
This is likely unhelpful, but Lubuntu doesn't use `ubiquity` (calamares
instead) and has had this issue awhile too. I just tested with current
