I can't specify focal as bootstrap-series on LXD (no image found) or
MAAS (doesn't start an instance, though I did add 20.04 to the image

After updating BIOS it seems to work properly now. Updated my
motherboard GA-AB350N-Gaming WIFI with BIOS version F22 to F50a. Will
update if issue still persist.

As far as I can remember the HTS voice in `festvox-us-slt-hts` is the
same from nitech.
