This is occurring for me on focal with 3.36.1-0ubuntu0.20.04.0. It seems
to affect all deb packages.

This is reported to fix a regression in a previous gnome-shell version that
causes crashes when the screen locks for users of some extensions and is the
source of a large number of bug reports:

While installing this update I also tried installing microcode for cpu,
which lead to both programs freezing and forcing me to shut down. After
several installs this error still persists.
