I replaced /usr/lib/gvfs/gvfsd-ftp with a script, and moved the binary
to gvfsd-ftp.real.

Can anyone verify if this affects Hardy?
I am using Hardy, and there are exactly two networks in range, one of
which is mine, and WEP secured (I know, I know), the other is a
neighbour's and is insecure. I have never had my system connect to
anything other than my network here.

The Hardy beta Live CD tells you that Ubuntu is running in low graphics
mode. You click Continue and it just kills X and dumps you at the
init log.

I have long since stopped caring about this as I use GNOME myself now.
Lapo, you told me a while back that you preferred to inherit GNOME as
the metaphors are better and stuff, yet the folder icon design is
clearly straight out of Tango, not GNOME.
Resolution: pick one and be consistent! :)
