I'm using KDE: 4.3.1 (from the backport)
I see my wifi network in the list but nothing happens when I click on
it.
It works fine with nm-applet so I think it's not a problem with the
daemon.
Until recently it worked fine.
ProblemType:
I just removed and re-added my wifi network and now it works.
I found a way to crash it and I reported it.
But now I don't think I'll be able to reproduce the bug I had. Maybe it
had something to do with a new version having problem with the old
config file.

It seems that even if the zenity package was installed I didn't have the
zenity.ui file. A 'sudo apt-get install --reinstall zenity' fixed it.

I also had this bug with Kubuntu 9.10 beta but not only with this
package. I'm using kpackagekit
I installed the policykit package which seemed to fix the kpackagekit
problem.

If I click an url (with ctrl+click) it will open in Konqueror instead of
Firefox (which I set as my browser in the KDE settings), open office
writer is locked until I close
I can reproduce this bug using Lucid.
Writer still uses Konqueror instead of my default browser and it hangs
until I close Konqueror.
