The icons on my panel always move after a boot. Also, I cannot move
some icons to the far right. If I unlock all those that allow it and
try to move them, their behavior is inconsistent. Sometimes I can move
them in one direction and not the other. Sometimes I cannot move them
at all. I

I have the same problem with identical symptoms. I started a thread in
Desktop Environments yesterday titled xsane quits, but I have had no
responses to date. I had no problems with this in Jaunty, and I have
upgraded to Karmic.

BTW, I just tried xscanimage and got the same result. I do not know if
this rules out xsane and makes it a sane issue or not. I am just
learning my way around Ubuntu, so it may not matter. But xsane is a
frontend to sane, which is what xscanimage is. Dores xsane use
xscanimage?

Actually, Alltray works in 11.04 with Gnome. You must choose Ubuntu
Classic (no effects) on the Login Screen. Alltray does not launch
applications properly however. Alltray will launch the application but
will not put it in the tray. You must start Alltray and manually put
the open application

Everything is the same with Ubuntu 14.04.1 in terms of ability to add,

files, I seem to have stopped looking after the . folders. Since the .
files are last, I missed it. In any case, here it is. I also have a

Something happened to my text when I clicked on Add an attachment, but
the above document is something that evince in 14.04.1 x64 cannot
handle. I could read it in 12.04.5 x64 with Adobe Reader but not with
evince. So I have a number of PDF documents that I cannot read since I
have upgraded

I have this same problem after a clean upgrade to 16.04 x64 with Intel
i5-3570K on a Gigabyte Z77X-UD5H MB with 32 GB of memory. This never
occurred on 14.04 on the same machine.

Is anyone working on this or do they care? This bug has been around for
much longer than 4/2016. I have had it since 9/2015. I have 14.04.5
x64 and ufraw 0.19.2. I try ufraw every now and then after system
updates, but nothing changes. I have also posted here:
