I have exact same module/package versions with Erdem, and reinstalling
the package didn't help with anything.
The problem appears to be the letter uppercase dotted I, which is a Turkish
only character.

I'm on wubi installation of 10.10 x86 on a x64 machine.
This bug appears after logging in with the only user account I have.
Compiz is not installed.
