It is not so simple: Apparently there are two different possible solutions: 1) The problem with the shortcuts began with the change to qt5. If Texmaker for Ubuntu is compiled with qt4, there are no problems. This is, why the packages from http://www.xm1math.net/texmaker/download.html are working.
