I confirm the same problem on Windows version of OpenOffice 2.4.1 but the

I was trying to print a test page, it was put into the printer queue,
but nothing happens next. The task sits in the queue for a long time.
Before this bug I experienced the problem that the task quickly
disappeared from the queue. Then
I've just found out that if I run a virtual machine with Windows XP on
it, I can print from there. This of course can be a kind of solution of
the problem, but not very convenient.

Hi Colin,
1. I've tried to switch to VT1 to start suspend from console as
described in manual, but I have seen only color stripes on screen. It
seems like a have additonal issue with fglrx driver. My laptop have 2
video card ATI hd4300 and embedded intel card. Will try suspend with
intel card

The solution can be a bit simplified:
A single file /etc/ld.so.conf.d/alsa-lib.conf is enough, with 2 lines in it:
/usr/lib/alsa-lib
/usr/lib32/alsa-lib
I suggest to include it into both 64-bit and 32-bit pulseaudio
package, for 64-bit systems the second line is not needed.

Also looks like that it crashes only when 11N mode is used.
I've tested it with the 11G router, looks stable so far.

1. Create /etc/ld.so.conf.d/alsa32.conf with the following contents:

not from the VLC itself. Does that mean VLC initializes the UI in a
different thread?
