Libvirt doesn't update the VM's apparmor file when creating a external
snapshot of a host with miltiple disks. It result in failing to create
the snapshot.

With me, everything works fine from the start. Creating snapshots works
fine also. Only with guest that has multiple disks, the snapshot fails.
Nonetheless, I tested the snapshot with the
/etc/apparmor.d/usr.lib.libvirt.virt-aa-helper l

I can confirm that check_memory works again in 18.04.
If I copy the plugin to a 16.04, it works also in 16.04.
On only one of my 18.04 systems I get an error, but this is really weird

It seems this function never got to the ubuntu-core-dev code.
On issuing:
$ /usr/lib/command--not-found --help
The c-n-f gives a help message with a clear description of how to use
--ignore-installed.
It's a pity of Zygmunts work but it seems nobody really misses the
'easier' way.

I can't reproduce the effect of language settings to fix this issue.
I can confirm killing mutter-x11-fram from the cron fixes the problem for that
boot cycle.
