for upgrade (I know this is probably common sense)...
I started the upgrade while ktorrent was downloading a few large
torrents, came back and the upgrade had stopped part way through,
ktorrent was throwing errors at me, and
Also have this problem. Please take a look at this, very frustrating

For anybody seeing this bug, I found the solution. I revisited the issue
today because I wanted to get rid of the ndiswrapper+net5211.inf
workaround. I found out that I needed to add nohwcrypt to the ath5k

I'm a complete novice here but could this have something to do with the
startup command gtk+redshift and gtk in general?

Redshift fails
Yeah I realized afterwards that the auto-partitioning was retarded. I
only have 8 GB and it seemed to be reusing an old partitioning of 4.6 ,
.2 and 3.2.
Thanks for the reply thought!

I guess we don't get it to be hardware encryption disabled by default,
as the nohwcrypt parameter is only needed on Askey devices using the
ath5k driver, and not on other devices that use the ath5k driver.
Maybe the driver could be made to detect the manufacturer and disable
hardware encryption
I am using autofs to mount NFS shares as well

Public bug reported:
Trying to install on a VM via the net install image crashed. I'll
probably just try again and mess around with the settings. But since
I've never filed a bug report before and ubuntu asked so nicely I
thought I'd give it a shot.
If anyone has any tips I'd appreciate it!
