THx for your reply. I've solved the problem : it was an incomplete
mysql-server-5.7 installation, and command `sudo apt install -f` returned an
error (code 1) from dpkg. neither `dpkg configure -a` nor `sudo apt remove
--purge ` worked.
And for any package installation, I had a dpkg error

I don't know what it can come from, I think it's PHP 7.2 or Nvidia drivers but
I'm not sure.
