I just discovered this on my Ubuntu 19.10 system. Mine was caused by booting a VirtualBox windows VM that automatically attaches the camera when it's detected. This bug was reported 9 years ago. NINE YEARS. Still unassigned, importance undecided. What's going on, folks? -- You received this bug
