In approx. the last 7-10 days, audio on my computer stopped working
(audio has worked fine since installing 12.04 LTS) and I have not been
able to get it working since. Sound works fine in Windows 7. OS is
Ubuntu 12.04 LTS patched current. Hardware platform is: HP
This is a guess as to the proper package. I followed the
troubleshooting information and cannot id a specific package.

Attached is the output from pulse audio testing.
I followed the directions in the link. Played a wav file (aplay
