Open an email with an attachment, and click on the button to save the
attachment. A file chooser dialog appears. The bug is that it is not
possible to select the recently used documents.

Just ran into the same problem (I think) with a Logitech K780. The UI
said it is paired, but the keyboard did not work. What fixed the
problem: Running bluetoothctl and then switching once to unifying
receiver and then back to bluetooth (as a replacement for turning
bluetooth off+on at the keyboard
Just had another look. So, my original statement that other gtk-3 apps
show "Recent" for Save is probably wrong (also checked eog and evince).
Not sure what made me believe that. Only gtk-2 apps do (e.g. gimp,
inkscape, chromium, libreoffice, all checked under Ubuntu 16.04).

I was trying to start chromium-browser with some additional command-line
arguments (gssapi-related). I created a file /etc/chromium-
browser/customizations/00_gps.dynxs.de.sh that extends the variable
CHROMIUM_FLAGS, but this file is acually ignored.
