It's been a while. I don't remember the details, but I couldn't figure
it out. I have since done a complete reinstall because there were other
problems with the upgrade as well.

I just upgraded my home testing and learning PC from 20.10 to 21.04
yesterday. Before upgrade, my network connection which is a USB
