I tend to agree with Mathias and tempted to mark this report as invalid.
df -P (or --portability) is not affected by BLOCK_SIZE or BLOCKSIZE
settings.
Just a simple test shows that this setting is ignored with -P (I've just left
the header line for clarity but you can see the effect of BLOCKSIZE
This has been fixed in 0.9-17. Closing.

I'm closing this report because it has been fixed somewhere between
2.6.26-1.2 and now (2.6.26-4.10) . /etc/modprobe.d/lrm-video still
exists but is empty. Hence this is no more an issue.
